What OEM means here
OEM is your design, our manufacturing. You bring the specification — a sketch, a tech pack, a competitor sample with the changes you want, or a photo with notes. We build the pattern and the lasts, source the materials, and produce a sample for your approval.
We will push back if something will not work. A heel height that will not stand up in production, a material that will not hold a colour, a price point that is not reachable at your quantity — better to hear it before the sample than after the container ships.

What ODM means here
ODM is our design, your market. Every season we develop a range across flats, espadrilles, sandals, boots, heels, wedges and sneakers. You select the styles that suit your customer and price point, and we adapt them — material, colour, trim, packaging and price.
This is the fastest route to market for a new brand or a retailer adding a footwear category, because the development cost is already spread across the range.

Private label & franchise programmes
If you run a franchise, a new brand or a high street multiple, private label lets you sell under your own name without owning a factory. We produce the shoes, apply your branding and pack them the way your stores or your warehouse need them.
We already run private label programmes, including for franchise groups. That means we understand consistency across repeat orders, barcode and labelling requirements, and the need for the tenth shipment to look exactly like the first.
The development timeline
A realistic development runs like this: brief and quotation (2–4 days), pattern and last work (3–7 days), first sample (10–12 days once materials are in), your comments and one revision (5–7 days), then approval and bulk production. Budget five to seven weeks from brief to a confirmed bulk order, longer if new tooling is needed.
What we need from you to start
Send as much of the following as you can. The more you send, the more accurate the first quotation will be.
- The style you want: sketch, tech pack, sample or photos
- Target retail price and therefore your target FOB price
- Quantity per style and colour, and whether you expect repeats
- Size range and width fittings for your market
- Materials you want, or the look you are trying to achieve
- Packaging, labelling and barcode requirements
- Delivery date and destination port
Intellectual property
We respect designs, patents and intellectual property. We will not copy another company's protected design, and we will tell you if we think a reference you have sent is protected. Developments we create exclusively for you stay exclusive to you.
From enquiry to shipment in six steps
No stage is a surprise. You always know what happens next, what it costs and who is doing it.
Enquiry
Send style codes, quantities, target market and your required delivery date. If you have a reference shoe or tech pack, send that too.
Quotation
We come back with FOB pricing, MOQ, lead time and material options. Adjust the construction until the price works for your market.
Sampling
We develop the sample, you comment, we revise. Sampling is the cheapest place in the whole project to change your mind.
Order & Deposit
Confirm the order, pay the deposit, and we book the materials and the production slot.
Production & QC
Material inspection, in-line inspection and a final AQL check before packing. Third-party inspection is welcome.
Shipping
We pack to your carton markings, arrange the shipment from Ningbo or Shanghai and hand over the full document set.
Questions buyers ask us first
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a footwear trading company. We do not own a factory — we develop the styles ourselves and place production with partner factories around Zhuji, Zhejiang, China, then manage quality control, inspection and export documentation in-house. That model gives you a wider range and more flexibility than any single factory can offer, and you always deal with one contact, one quotation and one set of documents. You are welcome to visit the partner factories with us before you place an order.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the style and the material. Stock constructions can start low so you can test a market; brand new developments need a higher quantity because the tooling and materials have to be booked. Tell us the style codes you are interested in and we will give you the exact MOQ in the quotation.
Can you make shoes to my own design?
Yes. Send a sketch, a tech pack, a physical sample or a clear photo with the changes you want. We develop the pattern, propose materials, and produce a sample for your approval before any bulk order. We do not copy protected designs.
Do you offer private label and custom packaging?
Yes. We produce under your own brand with your labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags and cartons. Private label is a good fit if you run a franchise, a new brand or a high street multiple.
