Buyer FAQ — MOQ, Sampling, Lead Time, Payment & Shipping

We are a footwear trading company. We do not own a factory — we develop the styles ourselves and place production with partner factories around Zhuji, Zhejiang, China, then manage quality control, inspection and export documentation in-house. That model gives you a wider range and more flexibility than any single factory can offer, and you always deal with one contact, one quotation and one set of documents. You are welcome to visit the partner factories with us before you place an order.

MOQ depends on the style and the material. Stock constructions can start low so you can test a market; brand new developments need a higher quantity because the tooling and materials have to be booked. Tell us the style codes you are interested in and we will give you the exact MOQ in the quotation.

Yes. Send a sketch, a tech pack, a physical sample or a clear photo with the changes you want. We develop the pattern, propose materials, and produce a sample for your approval before any bulk order. We do not copy protected designs.

Yes. We produce under your own brand with your labels, hang tags, barcodes, polybags and cartons. Private label is a good fit if you run a franchise, a new brand or a high street multiple.

Typically 10 to 12 working days for a first sample once the materials are available, plus shipping time. Complex constructions or custom materials take longer. Courier cost is usually paid by the buyer and is refundable against a confirmed bulk order.

Usually 30 to 45 days after sample approval and receipt of deposit, depending on quantity, material availability and the season. Peak season before Chinese New Year needs earlier booking. We confirm the exact date on the order confirmation.

Standard terms are T/T with a deposit on order and the balance against a copy of the bill of lading. For larger or repeat orders we can discuss other arrangements. All terms are stated on the proforma invoice before you pay anything.

FOB Ningbo or Shanghai as standard. We can also quote EXW, CIF or DDP if your business prefers it. We handle the export documents and can work with your nominated forwarder.

Yes, and we encourage it. You or a third-party inspection company are welcome at the final inspection. We will share the inspection schedule so you can plan the visit.

Yes. Sample orders are charged at sample price plus courier, and the sample cost is normally refundable against a confirmed bulk order. Send us the style codes and we will quote the sample cost.

Buyers in the European Union, North America, the United Kingdom and Ireland, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, and Asia. If you are in a market we have not served before, tell us the destination and we will check the labelling and compliance requirements with you.
